From the West part of Giouhtas Moutain, South of Heraklion, in the area called by the locals “Turtle” and at an altitude of 440 m, a white wine produced out Roussanne and Sauvignon Blanc. A goldish color wine, aromas of dry herbs and flowers and a rich, slightly oily body, round with balanced acidity developing a pleasant long lasting character.
Can accompany mixed salads, white and mushroom sauces as well as fish fillets on the BBQ.
