Elia Vidiano is a wine that came from an admittedly very successful experiment. The vineyard is located at an altitude of 640 meters and bore fruit only for 1,200 precious bottles. Part of the wine aged in oak barrels from the Vosges Forest for at least 6 months. The aromas of the oak is as much as it needs to give extra complexity without overwhelming the complex and mineral character of the Vidiano grape to shine.
