Intensely fruity and fresh aromas, round, smooth and refreshing with a pleasant aftertaste, from grape varieties Kotsifali and cosmopolitan Syrah.
Harvest: The harvest lasts about a month and begins from early August to early September.
Method vinification: Produced with the skin contact method, separately for each variety. Grapes are crashed and the skins remain in contact with the juice for a short period.
Variety: Kotsifali 60% - Syrah 40%
Tasting notes: Very light rose hue with orange accents. Very fruity flavor, round soft, with pleasure finish.
