LOCATION : From our private vineyards of the Asites region in the foothills of Psiloritis, 20km southwest of Heraklion, Crete, we use the raw materials to produce this particular wine.
VARIETY : SYRAH 100%.
VINTAGE : Classic red vinification with a short extraction of 2-2.5 days at low temperatures. Bottling after a few months.
FEATURES : Pleasant fresh red wine. Classic fresh, aromatic “summer” red wine. Particularly intense aromas of pepper, blackberry and violet. Full-bodied and velvety.
ACCOMPANIMENT : The perfect accompaniment for grilled meat, yellow cheese and pasta with light sauces. Best consumed at 17˚C-18˚C.

PHILOSOPHY : This particular wine originates from the SYRAH variety, and the process by which it is made aims to create an instantly palatable wine. It is a tank-fermented wine, without barrel contact, which makes it fresh, aromatic and ready for immediate consumption after the first few months of its creation.
