Biological Red Dry Wine 'Enstikto' is a grape variety of Syrah and Kotsifali. It has dark red colour & sweet aromas characteristic of red fruit, vanilla & spices is a round full-bodied wine with unaggressive tannins.

Biological Local Cretan Dry Red Wine made from selected red varieties of Syrah 70% and Kotsifali 30% that are cultivated in vineyard at the region of Siva of Municipality Palianis in Heraklion Crete on an altitude of 500m. The dynamic blend of varietals with its dark red colour & sweet aromas characteristic of red fruit,vanilla & spices is a round full-bodied wine with unaggressive tannins. It pairs well with red meat,spicy sauces,yellow cheese & sausages.
