A tasty and zesty white wine from Romeiko organic grapes from the Kissamos area in Chania. Birth of a 15-year-old study in the most misunderstood and versatile red grape of Crete, in a showcase blanc de noir vinification.

From the indigenous red grape variety of Chania, cultivated at "Domata" of Lousakies, at an altitude of 350 meters, with a northeasterly orientation and a distance of only 2000 meters from the sea of Kissamos Bay.
The very low acreage production is followed by classic blanc de noir vinification with cold extraction and short maturing on fine lies. Spontaneous fermentation, lowest intervention needed and unfiltered bottling come to a rich and fresh white wine. Enjoy it cool.
