Method vinification : Classic red vinification.
Variety : Muscat red 40% - Kotsifali 20% - Syrah 40%
Variety Description : This is a blend of the indigenous varieties Kotsifali and Muscatred with the cosmopolitan Syrah.

Vineyards – micro climate : Our privately owned vineyards are situated at 300m altitude, on hill sides of the region of central Crete. They are stretching over 10 hectares of clay loam soil and for cultivation are used mechanical means.
Harvest period : The harvest lasts about a month and begins from early August to early September.
