Nostos Syrah is a powerfull red dry wine. Produced in Manousakis Winery, at the foothills of Lefka Ori mountains, mainly from organically cultivated Syrah variety grapes. It has an opaque dark purple colour, and it's characterized by complex aromas of spices, smoke and meat, with tight and strict tannins. It is a great wine to pair with meat, and spicy food. Left to age for over 10 months, in high quality oak barrels, which are being replaced every 4 years.
