Spontaneous native yeasts from the vine. 6 months in new oak barrels together with the fine lees. Unfiltered. On the nose, high-intensity aromas of citrus, melon and pear, and aromas of lemon blossom. Honey and smoke in the background express the very subtle cask. After the first year of aging, particularly benzoic aromas and minerality appear. Pleasantly dry and oily with refreshing acidity, with white-fleshed fruits such as melon, peach and pear standing out, followed by citrus.
