Red wine produced and bottled by Manolis Karavitakis in Pontikiana Municipality of Platanias. The grapes, which are cultivated in our private vineyards, are a variety of Kotsifali and Madilari. Harvest takes place at optimum ripening stage. After stalk removal and light crushing, classic red vinification follows with controlled fermentation temperature.
