The wine is a blend of 90% Kotsifali and 10% Mavrotragano. Kotsifali, a native Cretan variety, offers berry fruity notes. The addition of Mavrotragano adds ruby red color and makes this blend succulent and silky. Ageing in French oak barrels for 12 months offers vanilla scents and smooth texture.
