PHILOSOPHY We have married the attributes of  2 varieties to create this wine, in a ratio of SYRAH and MANDILARI. The result is an exquisite wine in which each variety contributes its own unique characteristics. The Cretan MANDILARI lends its intense tanninicity and acidity to the blend and, in harmony with the cosmopolitan SYRAH, it creates a wine that leaves the consumer with the fragrance of the rich Cretan soil, which has emanated unchanged since Minoan times up to the present day.
