The Preknadi variety in its youth. Moderate lemon color, with moderate (+) aromatic intensity giving the nose white flowers, green fruits (apple, pear), citrus fruits (orange, lime), stone fruit (peach, apricot), a hint of white pepper but also tropical fruits that alternate between banana, lychee and pineapple. In the mouth, the cool medium (+) acidity, medium body combined with medium (+) intensity of flavor characteristics and moderate alcoholic strength marry nicely with distinct primary stone fruit and spicy spices. The taste characteristics have intensity, nerve and freshness. Moderate aftertaste. The wine balances between lively fruit and lemony acidity, giving the complexity of multi-layered fruit, expressiveness and elegance. The levels of acidity and the intensity of the aromatic and flavor characteristics give the wine the comfort to continue its aging journey in the bottle to round out and unfold beautiful tertiary honey aromas.
